Sažetak
This thesis shows overview of a work that has to be done in order to build an emission model of an IC without knowing its circuitry. For that purpose, PCB was designed and produced, on which different measurements were done concerning the impedance, current spectrum, voltage spectrum, and EM emission. Additionally to the standard impedance measurement, another approach was proposed, tested and verified: impedance measurement with two current probes. For that purpose two different types of current probes were introduced: Tektronix CT- 6 and embedded current probes (implemented in a PCB). In order to achieve good results at wider frequency range, modification of the method and current probes was done. Based on LECCS models, two models were built: model of a static high state operating condition, and a model of a static low state operating condition.
