Sažetak
One of most prominent aspects of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is the possibility of remote data logging that can be applied to various systems, one of them being a food process engineering laboratory. The advantage of WSN use in food process engineering laboratory is the ability to log and track multiple processes and collect large amounts of data using wireless network. Throughout this paper a data logging system is proposed consisting of WSN connected to the Cloud service via gateway, establishing a system capable of collecting vast amounts of data and storing them on a remote Cloud server. The main advantages of this approach are the ability to access the data and track the process from anyplace the Internet network is available. Compared to classical approaches in data logging, the proposed system uses cost effective architecture to enable data logging for multiple devices.
