Sažetak
Many investigations have been carried out about osteoporosis, and showed that disturbance in the new light.The abbreviation in bone structure and dinamic refered us to the etiology which maybe result in therapeutic significance.Today we don't know all about histomorphometric characteristics of each metabolic disturbance and bone diaseases.Bone biopsy and histomorphometry are not available for most patients and it's reason why broad classification of this abbreviations on osteoporosis and osteomalacia widely accepted in clinical practice.New findings from this complex domain is necessary to create strategy in evolution new therapeutic devices and drugs with intention to decrease the high invalidity and mortality percent among delicate population of postmenopausal women.
