Sažetak
Subject of this paper is problem of insufficient distribution of e-commerce in developing countries and alternative approach that could considerably accelerate ecommerce propagation. Prepaid system based on Internet used for charging various services and goods or used for any other money transaction will be discussed in this paper. Theoretical model is based on centralized portal servicing used for electronic charging of goods and services. Prepaid system is used between customers and banking organizations. New B2B model has the ability of expanding to B2C architecture. This upgraded approach to e-commerce makes easier entrance to “small players” on this market without concerns for security, charging, technological demands and other problems. This model is alternative because it uses diagonally different philosophy from other complicated and complex systems offered by commercial banks. For commercial banks development of this or similar solution is not in interest due to low profit earned by it. Subject that will be elaborated are: technologies for electronic account, security system, distribution, market research, marketing and technological analysis as other relevant areas.
