Sažetak
Implementing new technologies in public libraries requires longtime planning and involving all of the aspects of its work: librarians, users, and the infrastructure available. By presenting the results of the research based on public libraries in Croatia and Latvia and comparing them, as well as by creating a virtual environment in which participants will be given a chance to defend or offend implementation of new technologies, we will try to extract all the pros and cons of doing so.
