Sažetak
Three wild-growing Brassicaceae plants, Aurinia leucadea, Cardaria draba and Capsella rubella, were investigated to uncover glucosinolates using indirect method consisting of either non-enzymatic (thermal degradation)or enzymatic (with exogenous myrosinase) hydrolysis followed by GC-MS analysis of volatile hydrolysis products. The identification of volatile hydrolysis products isolated from Aurinia leucadea revealed the presence of three glucosinolates, namely gluconapin, glucobrassicanapin and glucoberteroin. Gluconapin and glucobrassicanapin were the main glucosinolates regardless of the hydrolysis method. Capsella rubella contained five glucosinolates, with sinigrin, 10-(methylthio)decyl glucosinolate and 9-(methylthio)nonyl glucosinolate identified only in the sample obtained by thermal degradation, and glucoarabin and glucocamelinin identified only after exogenous myrosinase hydrolysis. Glucoerucin was the major glucosinolate obtained by non-enzymatic hydrolsis of Cardaria draba, while the sample obtained after enzymatic hydrolysis contained five glucosinolates: glucoraphanin (the most abundant compound), glucosinalbin, glucoerysolin, glucoerucin and gluconapin.

Napomena
