Sažetak
When we looked at more closely, the educational system in Southeast Europe has undergone significant changes. These are important changes, but they are not enough. Most of the changes took place with developing the civil society, which, through their various organizations affecting the transformation of teaching authority, the convergence of society, school and social system, the promotion of programs for the development of good thinking. Direction toward developing a truly democratic education system is started ; how long it will take to this part of the world will have a remarkable level of education depends entirely to us. The main problem of better developing of educational system, we can say in developing democratic educational system is the existence of corruption, nepotism and partitocracy, which operates at all, levels. From the makers of the educational system at the highest level, through the politics of school textbooks, to the employment of teachers who do not like their job, but doing it because they had an influential connection, enough money or are in the right party. However, civil society and the positive individuals in the government system, provide the basis for optimism.
