Sažetak
Decision making and development planning of certain types of postal services is an important element in the planning process regarding service quality and customer satisfaction. Latest developments in information communication technologies (ICT) and postal services indicate that ICT have major role in updating postal services market. These developments affect traffic demand and development of new communication services that combine information and communication and postal traffic. This paper analyzes development trends of ICT which have influence on postal traffic and the decision making process of new services. Knowing these trends presents an effective base for postal traffic technologists in the process of creating new models, postal services or even strategic decisions
