Sažetak
This paper deals with certain authors from the Greek- and Latin-speaking circle, whose interest was the Pannonian territory. Their information on Pannonia are gathered and systematised according to specific topics, with information relating to southern Pannonia of the early Imperial period taken into account. The purpose of this paper is not to critically discuss the quality and accuracy of the given information, but to bring the facts as related in the sources. The term Pannonia discussed in this paper refers mostly to southern Pannonia, with the north border on the Drava River, with the stress on the territory of northern Croatia.
