Sažetak
This paper sought to determine the relationship between ownership structure and performance of Croatian companies measured by profitability indicators and Tobin Q. Analysis was performed on companies included in stock index CROBEX from Zagreb Stock Exchange for the period from 2006 till 2010. Through setting up two regression models it was determined the relationship between capital structure and size of a company on its profitability. It was also determined the relationship between ownership structure (the degree of concentration of ownership) with Tobin's Q as a common measure of company performance.
