Sažetak
Paper deals with the potential common usage modeles and data bases of the Government Administration Information Systems (GAIS). for this purpose the cross-referencing through the main module of the nine members of the GAIS and their data bases will be performed. The analysed members of the GAIS are: Custom Administration Information System, Tax Administration Information System, Treasury Information System, Chamber of Commerce Information System, Local government Information System, Ministry of the Interior Information System, Ministry of Defence Information System, Statistics Office Information System, and Cadastre Office Information System. Significant resource savings achieved by common usage of the GAIS specific modules and data bases are discused. Data base protection, control, competence, telecommunication and teprocessing aspects are discused as well.
