Sažetak
Emitter Coupled Logic (ECL) ring oscillators are measured using on-chip measurement system. Delay times and oscillation magnitudes are measured on wafers fabricated with different process parameters and on various circuits designed with different transistors. Optimum fabrication conditions are defined with respect to the process parameters. ECL inverter transfer characteristics are also measured on all chips on wafers and the variation of electrical characteristics are calculated with respect to different process parameters.
