Sažetak
In the process of planning and preparation of the projects for co financing from the European Union funds, the level of needed specific knowledge of the applicants, partners and any other direct or indirect stakeholder, is very important. Namely, the level of their skills, knowledge, experience or at least the level in which they are informed about European Union funds, have direct impact on the quality in planning and conducting of the projects. Nevertheless, the key projects stakeholders, especially applicants and the partners, are not left alone in planning and conducting of the projects, just opposite, there are many multiplicators of knowledge, which have their role in providing support ; by providing information, educations, technical support in project preparation and conducting of a project. From that perspective, in this paper is presented current situation in Croatia.
