Sažetak
In the last few years, one of the dominating issue in forensic evaluation has certainly been the problem of wiplash injury. Since in criminal cases forensic qualification (severity of phisical injury) of wiplash injury can usually be managed with more or less difficulty, in civil suits filed for compensation for damages after a wiplash injury expert assessementoften remains open, not in the segment of nonfinancial damage, but in the cause-effect relation between a trafic accident and the likelihood of developing injury.The wiplash injuy assessement require interdisciplinary aproach.The interdisciplinary team should include a road safety expert and a forensic expert.
