Sažetak
In order to effectively use the intra-organisational resources, each organisation must foster its human capital, i.e. its employees. Previous research have identified education in communication, teamwork and leadership skills as under-represented at higher education institutions and important for networking ability of an organisation. Hence, it is in this notion that our study takes the step further to theoretically and empirically explore networking skill components and their effects on business behaviour.
