Sažetak
One of the most influential factors on a project-oriented industrial enterprise, resulting in the introduction of changes to the knowledge system of the enterprise is the closest project environment - staff and stakeholders of the project. Therefore, the concept of application of knowledge in projects gives it possibilities of innovation development. But in order to intelligently and competently consider questions which are associated with it there is need to pick out the area of knowledge management in project management area by PMBOOK.
