Sažetak
Tourism and its development is one of the main topics in Croatia lately. There are various forms of tourism, which are not all equally developed. One of these forms is pilgrim tourism. This form of tourism is rarely mentioned, even though it is quite present in Croatia. The sacral objects are the main skeleton of pilgrim tourism development. These objects are usually connected with parsonages and monasteries as the residences of parish priests. However, some of these residences, which are empty or insufficiently used, could be primarily used as accommodation places. These objects could be, with slight modifications, reformed into profitable places and used for development of pilgrim tourism. Furthermore, the complete review of significant sacral objects of this territory will be given. The survey, about the available residences of parish priests in the Archdiocese of Zadar and the possibilities of further pilgrim tourism development in their parishes, will be conducted. The results of the survey will be represented in this work. The Internet is the largest world network, and it is developing from day to day. The advantages of the Internet, primarily as promotional channel, should be used in pilgrim tourism development. It is necessary to present the possibilities of pilgrim tourism of particular parishes and give recommendations for their more effective presentation on the Internet.
