Sažetak
Construction project's (CP's) execution planning is very often neglected phase of CP on which further project progress directly depends. The essence of the planning phase occurs between design completion and the start of project execution. As project execution is uncertain for the contractor before contracting, and very soon after the contracting the execution phase begins, there is time pressure in which planning phase exists. The paper deals with today's planning challenges and is clarifying the conditions under which planning may become less successful, which is prerequisite for CP success.
