Sažetak
In the standard method for determination of cationic surfactants (CS), the presence of anionic surfactants (AS) leads to low values. Generally, this is not a serious problem, because the antagonism of CS and AS ensures that they are rarely formulated together. But in environmental analysis they usually appear together, specially in hospital wastewaters. To extend the application of the standard method, a special procedure using self-made potentiometric sensor was developed for analysis of mixtures containing both AS and CS. The results obtained were successfully tested on the model effluents containing CS and AS.
