Sažetak
Authors present their results in the laparoscopic treatment of colonic malignancies after 5 years follow up. One hundred and two cases of colonic malignoma have been surgically treated in our department during 1996-97 period. Laparoscopic treatment was applied in 18 of them, and in 4 cases conversion to open was made. There were 6 abdominoperineal resections, 5 right hemicolectomies, 4 left hemicolectomies, 2 anterior resections and one tumor extraction performed. Patients were followed for 5 years. For each patient follow up results are presented as well as overall results compared with literature. Although results of such a small group are not reliable, they give some insight into the possibilities of the laparoscopic approach to the treatment of colonic malignancies.
