Sažetak
We present four cases of laparoscopic treatment of cholecystoduodenal fistulae. In a series of 1500 laparoscopic cholecystectomies we encountered five cholecystoduodenal fistulae, but one patient ultimately required conversion to a laparotomy. The other four patients underwent laparoscopic repair of cholecystoduodenal fistulae. In two patients a cholecystectomy was first completed, followed by repair of fistula with an endoscopic linear stapling device. In the other two the fistulae were transacted prior to cholecystectomy. The operation time averaged one hour. All patients made an uneventful recovery. We submit that cholecystoduodenal fistula do not preclude a laparoscopic procedure and we demonstrate two approaches to the repair.
