Sažetak
Previous researches suggest that entrepreneur's education and experience are positively associated with small business growth. The paper analyzes the situation in Croatia. The survey was carried out in 1997 on Croatian entrepreneurs. It proved significant influence of education in producing enterprises. Entrepreneur's experience is significant in trade enterprises.
