Sažetak
Authors are presenting video-projection of laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy due to carcinoma located under hepatic colon flexurae, performed by use of only three troacars and without lateral abdominal incision. Totally we performed ten operations. Mean patient age was 69 years, included 7 females and 3 males. After mobilisation of the right colon and preparation of ureter, vein cava, and retroperitoneal duodenum, resection and anastomosis were made extracorporaly through widened troacar's incision in umbilicus. There were no anastomotic leaks or deaths. Whole procedure had been performed by use of only three troacars and without lateral abdominal incision. With respect of surgical and oncological principles, this method is less traumatic for the patient and has better cosmetic result.
