Sažetak
Authors would like to present a case report of a male patient with traumatic diaphragmal hernia. In a history patient had a car accident ten years ago. Batery of diagnostic tests were performed including CT scan which reviled a protrusion of abdominal contents into the chest trough left diaphragmal hernia. Laparoscopic operative approach was suggested and performed. After reposition of stomach, omentum, transverse colon it was necessary to perform splenectomy due do adhesions. Postoperative period was uneventful. Our opinion is that laparoscopic method of diaphragmal hernia is feasible and safe and could be a method of first choice in a near future.
