Sažetak
Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) were treated with selenium and copper in final concentation of 0, 1 mg/L water. Concentration of proteins and peroxidase activity were spectrophotometrically determined in the liver during sixteen days of contamination. Treatment led to decrease of protein concentration. Peroxidase activity were increased by copper and decreased by selenium treatment.
