Sažetak
The International Organization for Standardization has set up standard ISO 9001 as international standard for Quality Management System and ISO 14001 as Environmental Managing System. The aim of this paper is to prove the positive influence of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 on marketing performances in the hotel business practice in Croatia. For testing hypotheses we have carried out two empirical researches. The primarly research has been carried out for this purpose including a structural interviews with the managers in 16 hotels that have im plemented ISO 9001 and with 10 managers in hotels that have implemented ISO 14001. The research results show the positive influence of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 on marketing performances in the hotel business practice in Croatia.
