Sažetak
Many organizations are planning to turn to Cloud Computing services. This new business paradigm for the provision of computing infrastructure has many benefits (e.g. significant cost reduction and flexibility), but also certain obstacles, including provider lock-in. This issue can be overcome by using interoperable Cloud services. There is lack of established standards governing all the aspects of Cloud Computing utilization. We propose a Cloud Computing ontology to share a common understanding of the main concepts of this computing paradigm. This ontology will be used to enable interoperability among services of different Cloud Computing providers.
