Sažetak
Information systems can serve as intermediaries between the buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Electronic marketplaces lowers buyers search costs to aquire informations about seller prices and product offerings. In this article the model of n buyers and m sellers of goods is presented, both for physically and electronically transported goods. In the article the difference between the main variable for physical transport - distance and the main variable for electronic transport – time is discussed. The best fit cost and best seller location ( in distance and time ) is calculated
