Sažetak
Modern society relies on the availability of sophisticated levels of physical mobility. Transport is having difficulties to respond to this needs, and telecommunications and information technologies procreate new possibilities for substitution of the physical mobility, using various of electronic mobility. In the paper new modal possibilities are discussed , stating some basic hypothesis about virtual mobility and implication of the telecommunications and information technologies on transport
