Sažetak
Since November 1994. 14 patients with perforated ulcer disease has been treated with laparoscopic technique. There were 2 women and 12 men with a mean age 42(23-61). Laparoscopic operation was performed through two 10 mm troacars and one 5 mm troacar. The size of perforation was from 2 to 6 mm. Perforation was repaired by 2 to 4 simple sutture. The abdomen was washed with 3 litres of saline. Median operatiion time was 38 min. There were no mortality in this group. All the patient had left the hospital within 7 days. For skilled surgeon laparoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer has become the procedure of choice.
