Sažetak
In this paper a method for fast efficient non linear stochastic modelling of plastic processing is proposed. It is based on the following idea:to starting with, an universal basic model of the second order must be determined from the least possible number of starting experiments and then the model reliability will be ensured by the self adaption of model coefficients to the particular forming process. The effectiveness of proposed method is shown on the example of cold extrusion force modelling. Experimental results confirm the advantage of obtained force model in comparison with the one developed by conventional stochastic modelling.
