Sažetak
Since introduction of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis, on our department we have tested number of minimally invasive approaches for treatment of choledocholithiasis. Our goal was to preserve the nature of minimally invasive surgery for that pathology also. Debate is still going on as what is the best therapeutic strategy for choledocholithiasis. So we have tested open surgery, laparoscopic transcystic extraction and ERCP.
