Sažetak
Aim of this work is to point out advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic procedure in diagnosis and treatment of early carcinoma of the gallbladder. After we had introduced endoscopic surgical technique in our hospital we almost doubled the number of operated patients with cholelithiasis. In that group of patients with cholelithiasis treated by laparoscopic procedure we found significant number of unexpected gallbladder carcinoma. We discuss about unexpected gallbladder carcinoma findings after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and further surgical therapy according to stage of the tumor invasion. The goal of this article is to demonstrate that laparoscopic cholecystectomy is therapeutic procedure and indirectly is diagnostic method for revealing early stage of gallbladder carcinoma.
