Sažetak
In the period from 1st January 1992 to 31st December 2001, at the Department of pathology and the Section of Clinical cytology of the General Hospital "dr. Josip Benčević" 452 woman patients were operated on because of cytologic and hystologic diagnosed abnormality of epithelium gradus CIN III. HPV infection was found in 427 patients. Con biopsy was done in 343 woman, and 109 were hysterectomised. All materials were completely histologycally examined. The woman were between 20 and 65 years old.
