Sažetak
Metastasis to skin sites from squamous cell carcinoma of the mucosa of the head and neck are very rare. Skin metastases may represent the first clinical evidence of the malignant disease, loco- regional recurrence or distant metastasis. Patients with skin metastases have very poor prognosis. Herein we report three new cases and the first patient with multiple skin metastases of the squamous cell carcinoma from the cervical part of the oesophagus above and below the level of the diaphragm.
