Sažetak
A two-port transmission matrix models for transducers, lumped and distributed analogous acoustical circuit elements and radiation, as introduced by Lampton [1], allow systematic analysis of complex electro-acoustic systems. It is based on impedance type of circuit analogy between electrical and acoustical systems. A circuit response evaluation is based on two-port T, Z and Y matrix transformations when analyzing two-port cascaded, serial or parallel connections. In this work we describe some additional analogous circuit elements and the transmission matrix models, in order to make a general purpose tool for the analysis of analogous circuits with distributed parameters. We introduce dependant current source as a circuit element that account for the radiation in a free space. The radiation is modeled in a simplified way, by ignoring the cross-radiation effects in systems that have more than one radiating surfaces. The two-port circuit model for the horn is generalized to allow the analysis of all types of Salmon’s family of horns. We briefly describe the result of derivation of the transmission matrix model. The derivation of the transmission matrix parameters for the radial horn is shown as an example of the application of the generalized transmission matrix horn model.
