Sažetak
This research which deals with analysis of macro- economic index in international economy, or analysis of influences of personal liberties, innovations and education on economical development, is divided in three parts. In first part, a brief theoretical view on importance of personal freedom, innovations and educational system for society development and surely the importance of institutions in charge of incitements, organization and protection of afore mentioned, is given. In second part of the paper methodology and explained data which were used for research and analysis worldwide are shown. Gathered data relate on a model of countries of southeast europe and their statistical data on personal liberties, innovations and education for the year observed, i.e. 2008. Personal liberties is represented, for the purposes of research, by Prosperity Personal Freedom Index, innovations are represented by Prosperity Innovation Index, education by a Prosperity Education Index while the world's economical development is represented by Prosperity Economic Fundamentals Index. These are official statistical data of London's Legatum Institute organization for countries of southeast europe openly published in 2009. In the third part of the paper, an analysis and interpretation of results of conducted researches are given, which show the influence of personal freedom, innovations and equation on economical development southeast europe. The goal of research was to test the hypothesis that encouragement and development of personal freedom, innovations and education had a positive and significant result on economical development countries of southeast europe and that the countries of southeast europe with more developed personal freedom, larger number of innovators and innovations and with a better educational system were, on average, significantly more developed in economical sense and that they had faster and higher rates of economic growth.
