Sažetak
Communication is one of the crucial factors for the succesful management of complex projects. Information, in the process of planning, running and checking project results is exchanged through communication chanels. Data exchange within the project domain has to be structured and standardized in order to be understood by each involved party. In order to improve project communication, som helpful tools have been developed for presenting project results and putting them in clearly defined frames. Some studies have expessed that good project communication is a significant factor in project succes. For such a purpose it is necessary to establish a correlation between communication levels and project complexity. This conjugation points to the necessity of the establishing an adequate project communication subsystem, and shows that this subsystem ranked at the traditional project management subsystem level is the only alternative for project succes.
