Sažetak
A new organisational forms in shoe production a RINK-system have been introduced. Some subassembly configuration problems of the global assembly system is formulated and solved by a tabu search based algorithm. Bucket brigade is one possible way of simulation of group work in assembly line. Focus is made on the creation of a flexible and modular footwear production with automatisation of the final operation of assembly accros simulation.
