Sažetak
An algorithm for change detection based on two-dimensional Haar transform is described in this paper. Owning to the Haar transform features (global and local sensitivity, and hierarchical organisation of its components) it offers effective solution for change detection problem. The experimental results have shown that the method, based on proposed algorithm and static segmentation by use of focus of attention area, is enough robust for real dynamical scenes obtained during pharmacological experiments.
