Sažetak
The study of architecture - mechanics relations of the cancellous bone two aspects should be included properties of representative volume element on micro scale and statistical measure of orientational distribution on macro scale. Anisotropy of the microstructure are described across some fabric tensor measure. The measured data (elastic modulus, trajectory orientation, apparent density) from compresion test a fitted by stochastic interpolation. The availability od 3-D reconstruction open door for the truly description geometry of the microstructure a with possibility determination statistical measures on meso scale.
