Sažetak
This paper covers the methodology of evaluation the availability of terminals, introducing the criterion of availability. The methodology that was established for this purpose was made on a case study of Cargo center Zagreb. The proposed methodology was evaluated based on four predefined technical-technological subcriteria which determine availability.
