Sažetak
Restorations of fractured tooth crown require achievement of high aesthetic and biomechanical criteria for a long-lasting result. The biomimetic principles have to be fulfilled. Layering composite technique with a silicone key enables aesthetic restoration and fulfilment of biomimetic principles. In spite of disadvantages as rather demanding and time consuming technique, aesthetic results and patient satisfaction achieved justify this procedure in managing of fractured teeth. This procedure allows clinician to use proper thickness of more translucent composite for enamel and more opaque composite for dentin core, and to achieve restoration integrity close to the natural teeth.
