Sažetak
The purpose of this work is to analyse structural integrity of stitched graft-arterie joints parts experimentally and numerically. The performance of the graft joint structure are determined by the structure design, allowing the variation of the stitching density, span, pattern and the stiffness of stitching thread. Using cylindrical shell theory with periodic load we received influence of stitch density on radical compliance. A shell theory method had been used in order to examine the effects of stitching parameters on the joining strength and flexibility.
