Sažetak
In this chapter we will discuss how the Bologna Process affected Croatian education process. We will present the (national) policy framework used to regulate teaching activities and analyze the new education policy implementation on the example of one higher education institution – the University of Rijeka. This one was among the first institutions that started implementing the new teaching system that was completely altering the existing education practice. The elementary provisions of the new university education Regulation will also be presented and we will analyze in what ways this Regulation changes the academic practice of university constituents, their teachers and students and especially the position of the education process at the University.
