Sažetak
At the present time, the European Union company law is considered to be a domain in which numerous obligations and liabilies are introduced, particulary as regards data publication, in order to protect company members and creditors i.e. third persons themselves, as well as other interested parties. Some of this obligations are considered to be too comprehensive or out-of date. Therefore, they are continously being analysed in the European Union with intention to reduce, whenever possible, an administrative burden set on the companies and corporations.
