Sažetak
Paper is focused on development of the methodological model for the research of determinants in the field of work-family policies in the postcommunist countries. It gives an overview of the theoretical framework for research on determinants in the field of work-family policies development in postcommunist countries and then elaborates on methodological approach which best fits to that theoretical model as well on its limits and advantages.
