Sažetak
The paper is focused on development of the theoretical model for the research of determinants in the field of work-family policies in the postcommunist countries. It gives an overview of the literature with the focus on the main theoretical approaches used in the field of social policy and their applicability in postcommunist societies. Based on thorough review of the literature it develops a theoretical framework for research on determinants in the field of work-family policies development in postcommunist countries.
