Sažetak
Previous investigations indicated cerebral hemodynamics changes in terms of increased mean blood flow velocites (mBFV) detected with transcranial dopler sonography (TCD) in patients with chronic posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The aim of this study was determine level of stress hormone cortisol and cerebral hemodynamics changes in PTSD patients previous to and after psychiatric treatment of PTSD.
