Sažetak
Basic concepts of the modular and team mode of production for technological processes according to the Toyota Kanban system are given. For the organization of production in technological processes of garment manufacturing the 20 keys-system was applied, which was established and developed by Professor Iwao Kobayashi, manager of PPORF Development Institute (Practical program of the revolution in the factories and other organizations). The education for the use of the system was conducted at the Emka Company by the authorized consulting firm Deloitte Zagreb. Using the 20 keys system the organization of team work was carried out. For the sewing phase six specialized teams for specific clothing products were formed, whereby the number of workplaces was reduced from the existing linear mode of production (25-30) to 10 workplaces. By monitoring the daily and monthly performance and product quality, it was observed that the average performance of teams increased by 9.88% and the proportion of errors decreased by 61.33%.
